CJM court summons records regarding BSP derogatory remarks

Lucknow: Chief Judicial Magistrate Sandhya Srivastava on Saturday has summoned the records of FIR in connection with derogatory remarks made by BSP top brass and thousand protesters.

It may be mentioned that an FIR against senior BSP leaders Naseemudin Siddiqui, Mevalal , Ramachal Rajbhar had been registered with the Hazratganj police station of Lucknow district in UP on the complaint of Tetra Devi, the mother of expelled BJP leader Dayashankar Singh.

A plea in this connection was filed in the CJM court by one Sunita Tiwari, who pleaded to register a case against BSP men for using objectionable language against women in a public place.

Sunita in her plea has also made BSP supremo Mayawati a party in her complaint.

The complainant Sunita has alleged that BSP protesters threatened her of dire consequences when she opposed it on July 21 last. The CJM court has summoned the record from Hazartganj police station.
