Another young UP IAS officer receives accolades from government
Lucknow: Catch them young. This old age adage augurs well for Uttar Pradesh government which recently awarded a young IAS officer of the state for his commendable work as SDM in Shahjahanpur district.
Ravindra Mandar, a 2013-batch officer won the laurels during his first posting when his efforts made Ferozabad tahsil of the district the first ISO certified tahsil of the state. The Chief Minister Akhilesh Yadav facilitated him on May 6 last for his achievement.
Following footsteps of his senior:
Ravindra is definitely inspired from his senior officer Vijay Kiran Ananad, who is the District Magistrate of Shahjahanpur.
Anand was in the news when residents of this district protested his transfer.
Applauded by the seniors:
Anil Swaroop, a senior IAS officer posted in the Centre heaped praises on him through facebook.
“Public always supports officers for the good deeds and Vijay Kiran Anand proves this,” he said in his post.
Prabhu Narayan Singh, another IAS officer also lauded him.
