Alok Kumar replaces Debashish Panda as Principal Secretary (Home), UP
Lucknow: Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath government on Wednesday appointed the 1988 batch IAS officer Alok Kumar as the Principal Secretary (Home) of Uttar Pradesh.
Kumar has replaced Debashish Panda who has been sent to Delhi as the Resident Commissioner of Uttar Pradesh.
The 1989 batch IAS officer Shashi Prakash Goyal has been appointed as the Principal Secretary to UP CM Adityanath.
It may be mentioned that both Alok Kumar and Shashi Prakash were repatriated to their parent cadre Uttar Pradesh by the Centre on the request made by UP CM.
