Woman abducted, allegedly gangraped in Noida

Noida: A woman has been allegedly gangraped by a group of men in a moving car in Sector 39 here on late Friday night.

Police sources said that the woman was abducted from the Golf Course Metro station after which she was allegedly gangraped and thrown out of the Scorpio car near Delhi's Akshardham Temple.

A case has been registered at Sector 39 police station in Noida against the unknown persons. The incident occurred when the woman, who is a nurse by profession, was returning from hospital in Noida after completing her shift.

She has been sent for the medical examination.
