New Delhi: Melting cold is occurring in many parts of the country. Severe cold continues in most states and snowfall in the hilly areas has increased the cold. Due to snowfall in the hilly areas, the outbreak of cold wave has intensified in the plains.

Meanwhile, the Meteorological Department has predicted that the problems of the people of the capital will increase further from Monday. Actually, the department says that on the new year, the minimum temperature in Delhi NCR can reach three to five degrees Celsius.

Delhiites should be prepared for severe cold

After this warning, the people of Delhi should prepare for the severe cold in the coming days. On the other hand, Shimla received the first snowfall of the season yesterday i.e. Sunday evening. The weather suddenly changed and snowfall came to a standstill in the evening.

At the same time, snowfall continued in the high altitude areas of Himachal Pradesh. Snowfall was also recorded in Uttarakhand's Mussoorie on Sunday night. Please tell that the Meteorological Department had already issued a warning regarding this.

Cold wave conditions, dense fog at isolated places in Uttar Pradesh

The Meteorological Department had said that on December 27 and 28, Himachal Pradesh would see the effect of western disturbance. Which can cause rain and snowfall. Yesterday there was a strong cold wind with snowfall, which added to the weather. Due to the snowfall, there was lightning in many areas. At the same time, due to snowfall, the contact of Upper Shimla with the country and world was completely cut off. When people woke up on Monday morning, a white sheet of snow appeared on the outside.

Let me tell you that it is a melting cold in Himachal. Manali recorded a minimum temperature of 0.6 degrees Celsius, while Shimla recorded a minimum temperature of 4.7 degrees Celsius. Apart from this, the minimum temperature was minus two in Mandi, minus minus five degrees in Solan, minus 11.6 degrees Celsius in Keylong and minus 3.4 in Kalpa.
