New Delhi: The temperature of Delhi, the capital of the country, is continuously declining. The snowfall in the hilly states has had a direct impact on the plains. The temperature has dropped in many other states including Rajasthan. The minimum temperature has reached around 6 degrees in Shimla, while in Mount Abu, Rajasthan, the temperature has reached 4.6 degrees.

Winters arrived in India:

Along with this, life was also affected due to dense fog in some parts of Uttar Pradesh and Delhi. According to the Meteorological Department, the temperature is expected to fall in many states including Delhi.

Pollution increased in Delhi

The air quality in the capital Delhi deteriorated marginally on Wednesday and it was recorded in the 'bad' category as the pollution caused by stubble burning increased in the city after the wind direction changed. At the same time, a sheet of mist was seen in Delhi on Thursday morning. The Air Quality Index (AQI) in Delhi was recorded in the 'very poor' category in the morning.

According to Delhi Pollution Control Committee (DPCC) data, the air quality index (AQI) at Anand Vihar at 305 ('very poor' category), at 262 ('bad' category) at Mandir Marg, R. Recorded at 287 ('bad' category) in K.Puram, 328 ('very poor' category) in Jahangirpuri.

Delhi's temperature can go up to 7 degrees

According to the information received from the Meteorological Department, the temperature in Delhi may fall to 7 degrees this week. Today i.e. on the morning of 19 November, Delhi recorded a minimum temperature of 9 degrees. At the same time, the maximum temperature was 25 degrees Celsius.

Cold will increase in Rajasthan in the next 24 hours

Night temperatures continued to fall in many areas of Rajasthan, while Mount Abu recorded the lowest night temperature of 4.6 degrees Celsius. According to the Meteorological Department, Churu recorded a minimum temperature of 8.3 degrees Celsius, which is 5 degrees Celsius below normal. Similarly, 8.8 ° C was recorded in Ganganagar, 9.1 ° C in Pilani, 10.5 ° C in Sikar and 11.8 ° C in Jaisalmer. According to the Meteorological Department, the temperature is expected to fall further in Rajasthan in the next 24 hours.
