Lucknow: Facebook is the world's biggest social media network right now with more than 1.7 billion daily active users. To keep the users' interest alive in the social platform, the makers keep introducing brand new features and one of the latest updates is 'Facebook Account Switcher'.

The feature has been on Facebook for around a couple of months now but there are many users who do not know the actual usage of the feature which allows them to switch between two accounts easily.

The Facebook Account Switcher icon appears between your 'name' and the 'home' button when you login to your account.

How does it work?

When you click on the icon, it shows the display pictures of the accounts opened on that particular computer, accessing the cached memory of your system.

You can easily navigate between various Facebook accounts while using the same computer. This feature also asks you whether you want to save your password or not. If you select to remember password, you will remain logged in to that particular Facebook account and it will not ask you for your password again.

It also allows you to remove saved login information from your account and add extra security.

In condition, you do not want any information about your account to be remembered by a computer, remove your account by clicking the 'X' next to your name after you log out of your account. It should be remembered that you will have to follow this procedure every time after logging out of your account each time.

The feature stores information of a maximum of 10 accounts on each computer.
