Cold wave conditions, dense fog at isolated places in Uttar Pradesh

New Delhi: There are two stages of weather in the country. Many states are getting cold, while there are chances of rain in many states. The Meteorological Department has predicted a cold wave. According to the Meteorological Department (IMD), fog will prevail in western UP, Punjab, Haryana, Delhi, Chandigarh, Rajasthan, then there may be a cold wave in these areas.

Fog may also occur in Assam, Meghalaya, Nagaland, Manipur, Mizoram and Tripura in the northeastern states.

Rain Alert in Winters:

Apart from this, the Meteorological Department has predicted light to moderate rains in isolated areas of Coastal Andhra Pradesh, Rayalaseema, South Interior Karnataka, Kerala Tamil Nadu, Puducherry. According to the Meteorological Department, the Andaman-Nicobar Islands may also receive rain.

Icy winds are blowing in North India. The plains of Punjab had the lowest temperatures, while there was dense fog in different parts of Uttar Pradesh. Temperatures dropped to minus one in many hilly regions of Himachal Pradesh and Jammu and Kashmir.

IMD said that in the plains of the country, Amritsar had the lowest minimum temperature of 2.0 degree Celsius, while the maximum temperature was recorded at 8.2 degree Celsius. Amritsar is also getting colder than Manali, Shimla and Srinagar.

Changes in weather condition; Winter Season enters in India

The minimum temperature in Delhi was 5.8 degrees Celsius. So the cold wave and dense outbreak continued there. Srinagar had the coldest season this season. The cold has been falling in the Kashmir Valley to minus degrees.

Light rain has occurred in many areas of Uttar Pradesh. Along with this, there is dense fog in some areas of the western parts of the state. The cold winds have increased people's troubles. Due to snowfall in the mountains, there is a possibility of further freezing in the coming days. It is feared that fog may prevail during the day.
