New Delhi: At present, a Western Disturbance is moving towards North India. Whose clouds have reached very dense over northern Pakistan. However, its effect is not present on the northern areas of India in the next 24 hours. But, due to this, a lot of clouds have reached all the areas of West Punjab and Jammu and Kashmir. Clouds are still visible in all places including Gilgit, Baltistan, Muzaffarabad and Ladakh, they will remain there tomorrow.

Weather Update:

A rising circulation has reached over Uttar Pradesh. Due to this there is a level of moisture over Punjab, Haryana, Delhi, Uttar Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh, Chhattisgarh. Cold wave conditions prevailed in all the cities of these states on Saturday and will continue on Sunday as well. The effect of clouds is also visible in the states of South India. Here a circulation is formed in the axis of Bay of Bengal, which is continuously flowing moisture towards the plains. Apart from this, the effect of clouds is clearly visible in the northeastern states as well.


Temperature drop in Punjab-Haryana:

Cold winds are blowing over the plains of North India. Due to which the temperature here has come down very low. Due to this, the temperature dropped below 5 degrees in many cities of Rajasthan, Punjab and Haryana. There was a cold wave. The maximum temperature did not go above 16 degrees in most places even during the day. Due to which the cold give condition remained during the day. In the next 24 hours, due to moisture in Jammu and Kashmir, Gilgit, Baltistan, Muzaffarabad, light rain may occur on 16 January. The skies of Himachal Pradesh and Uttarakhand will also remain cloudy today. These clouds will not make it rain.

In Northeast India, light to moderate rain will be recorded over Arunachal Pradesh and at isolated places over Nagaland. Weather will remain dry in rest of the states. If there is a chance of rain, then they are the states of South India. According to the Meteorological Department on January 16, there will be no rain in the Andaman and Nicobar Islands for several days.
