Weather Update: Thunderstorm, rain likely to occur in North India
According to the Meteorological Department, some northern plains including Uttarakhand and Punjab may receive rain till Tuesday morning.
New Delhi: In the coming days, we can see a change in the weather of many important states of the country. A fresh western disturbance is active in the Himalayan region. Due to which there will be a lot of change in the weather. There is a possibility of thunderstorms in Ladakh, Jammu and Kashmir and Himachal Pradesh by Monday morning.
Rain Alert in Uttarakhand-Punjab:
The Indian Meteorological Department (IMD) has issued an alert on Sunday. According to the Meteorological Department, some northern plains including Uttarakhand and Punjab may receive rain till Tuesday morning. There is a possibility of rain and snowfall in Jammu and Kashmir and Himachal Pradesh from Monday to Tuesday.
Yellow Alert in Delhi:
The Indian weather department issued a yellow alert, saying sporadic rains are also expected in Delhi, Haryana and Punjab, while isolated parts of northwest India are expected to hit till Tuesday.
Snowfall in Arunachal:
According to the Skymet Weather report, there has been rain and snowfall in many parts of Arunachal Pradesh for the past several days, which will continue till next week and may also spread to the surrounding areas. Talking about the weather of Central India, there is a possibility of thunderstorms and hailstorms in Maharashtra, Vidarbha and Chhattisgarh by the middle of next week.
According to IMD, there will be a lot of change in the weather of Sunday and Monday in Rajasthan. Light rain is expected in the areas of Jaisalmer, Jodhpur, Bharatpur, Churu, Jhunjhunu, Bikaner, Sikar, Hanumangarh, Nagaur, Alwar and Sriganganagar.
