Weather Today: The cyclonic storm that rose from the Bay of Bengal has now weakened. After hitting Myanmar, it has come under the intensity of low pressure. The effect of the wind system that it has created is visible in the northeastern states. It can be seen in the form of increasing clouds and pre-monsoon activity. A Western Disturbance has reached North India, whose effect will be visible over the mountains.

According to the Indian Meteorological Department (IMD), when the system progressed due to Cyclone Asani 2022 and hit the coasts of Myanmar, its effect is visible in the form of rain in the states of Northeast India. . Today on March 24, there are dark clouds over Arunachal Pradesh, Nagaland, Manipur, Mizoram, Tripura, Meghalaya and Assam, which will bring rain. There were drought conditions in these states for a long time which are about to end. Thunderstorms, rain, thunder and lightning will also occur in these areas.

The weather will remain mainly dry over the eastern states of Bihar, Jharkhand, West Bengal and Sikkim. Winds will blow from the west in these states. Due to which people will get relief from the scorching heat in these areas. There will be a feeling of a little coolness from these winds. But from March 25, the mood of these winds will change and it will start looking like a heat wave.

Weather will remain dry over all areas of East and West Uttar Pradesh. Here also the winds will move in the west direction, due to which the increase in temperature is not expected. Winds will blow at a speed of 15 to 20 kilometers per hour across the state. Pre-Monsoon rains can be seen at isolated places over Punjab, Haryana, Delhi and Rajasthan. But, from Thursday evening itself, the temperature will once again increase in Rajasthan due to the hot winds coming from Balochistan and Sindh province.
