Weather Today: IMD issues heat wave alert in Gujarat, Rajasthan

Weather Today: According to the Indian Meteorological Department (IMD), the maximum temperature in the capital Delhi has increased to 33 to 34 degree Celsius. According to IMD, the temperature will increase further in the coming days. The minimum temperature in Delhi at present has reached 20 degree Celsius. Similarly, the temperature of all the cities including Lucknow in Uttar Pradesh is continuously going up.

Rise in temperature:

According to the Meteorological Department (IMD), the maximum temperature in Delhi can reach around 35 degree Celsius today on March 16. It will be 5 to 6 degrees Celsius above normal. Strong winds are expected throughout the day in the national capital Delhi on March 16. With the rise in temperature, hot winds are going to increase the trouble of the common man.

The Meteorological Department says that after Holi, by March 19, the maximum temperature of the state can reach 36 degree Celsius. If this happens then it will be much more in terms of this weather in the month of March. In this way, you can easily estimate the intensity of the heat. Similar continuous rise in day temperature is expected to continue this week. During the day, moderately windy winds can suddenly become strong.

Heatwaves in Gujarat:

According to the Meteorological Department, similarly hot air conditions will prevail in some parts of West Rajasthan on March 16 and 17. According to IMD, severe heat wave conditions are likely to continue. There is a forecast of heat wave in different parts of this area on the next 18th March on the day of Holi. The weatherman has predicted that today, March 16, there is a strong possibility of heat wave in Konkan in Maharashtra and Saurashtra and Kutch region of Gujarat. Heat wave conditions may persist in isolated areas in Gujarat region and West Madhya Pradesh till March 17. Similarly, during March 16 to 18, heat wave conditions may occur in Odisha.
