New Delhi: Heavy rain is occurring in many parts of the country due to monsoon. The third low pressure area of ​​Monsoon is developing over the Bay of Bengal. Due to this effect, there is a possibility of heavy rain in North India till Saturday.

Rain alert in UP-Bihar:

According to the Meteorological Department (IMD), there is a possibility of heavy rain in many parts of the country during the next 24 hours. Heavy rain may occur in many states including UP, Bihar, MP, Jharkhand, Chhattisgarh, West Bengal. While Andaman and Nicobar Islands, Coastal Karnataka, Kerala and Lakshadweep are likely to receive light to moderate rain.

According to the IMD, there may be heavy rain in Punjab in the next 48-72 hours. Light to moderate rain is expected in many areas of Rajasthan today. The Meteorological Department said that it is very likely to make a good place in the next 24 hours and gradually move westwards over West Bengal, Jharkhand and Bihar during the subsequent 48 hours.

Monsoon 2021:

On the other hand, there is a possibility of light to moderate rain in rest parts of Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh, Saurashtra and Kutch, parts of Madhya Maharashtra, Chhattisgarh, Odisha and Vidarbha today.

According to Skymet Weather, during next 24 hours, Gangetic West Bengal, some parts of Jharkhand, South Bihar, some parts of Punjab, Haryana, Delhi, Uttar Pradesh, some parts of Odisha, Chhattisgarh, East Madhya Pradesh and some parts of Konkan and Goa. Light to moderate rain is possible in some parts and heavy rain at some places.

Light to moderate rain at isolated places over East Rajasthan, parts of East Gujarat, Karnataka, Kerala, Vidarbha, Sikkim, Sub-Himalayan West Bengal, Assam, Meghalaya, Arunachal Pradesh, Nagaland and Andaman & Nicobar Islands It may rain heavily.
