New Delhi: Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Tuesday laid the foundation stone on the day of Basant Panchami through a video conference of the memorial, including the construction of a 4.20 meter high statue of the legendary warrior king of Suravasti, Maharaja Suheldev.

During this period, Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh Yogi Adityanath and State President of Bharatiya Janata Party Independent Dev Singh were present at Chittaura, the venue of the program located in Bahraich.

Maharaja Suheldev Jayanti:

The Prime Minister laid the foundation stone for the development work of Chittaura Lake in Bahraich on Tuesday through video conference. The event was held in Bahraich, Uttar Pradesh to commemorate the birth anniversary of Maharaja Suheldev. It includes various tourist facilities such as the installation of a horse riding statue of Maharaja Suheldev. The cafeteria, guest houses and children's park.

Prime Minister Modi laid the foundation for the development plan of Maharaja Suheldev Memorial and Chittaura Lake in Bahraich district through digital medium. Also, the Prime Minister inaugurated Maharaja Suheldev Autonomous State Medical College and Maharishi Balark Hospital, Bahraich.

During this time, the PM said that I salute this holy land of Bahraich. Where the birthplace of Rashtriya Nayak Maharaja Suheldev and the sage sages who meditated on the motherland with their might. Best wishes to all of you on Basant Panchami. Maa Saraswati enrich the knowledge science of India.

The Prime Minister said that in Ram Charit Manas, Goswami Tulsidas ji says- 'Ritu Basant Bah Trivadi Bayari'. Means cold, mild, fragrant three types of air blowing in spring. Every part of life is being enjoyed in this air, in this season, from fields, barns, gardens, gardens. PM said- Today I have got the privilege of laying the foundation stone of the grand memorial of Maharaja Suheldev. He claimed that this modern and grand monument, the development of the historic Chittaura Lake, would increase the blessings of Maharaja Suheldev on Bahraich and inspire generations to come.
