A Café in Udaipur, a popular tourist destination and known as the city of lakes, offers its customers a variety of chocolates named after iconic structures and buildings. Welcome to the Signature cafe in Udaipur.

It is one of its kinds among chocolate cafe in the state where you can eat more then 100 world famous things in exact shape made with colorful chocolates. From guitar, Santa Clause to design of your house- its offered here in the form of chocolates. This cafe is owned by Sarita Nagda. This cafe is famous as chocolate showroom. The famous chocolate dish of here is ‘Chocolate Bomb’ which is very popular. When a chocolate bomb serves on the table, the customer pours the hot liquid of chocolate on top of it. It looks like a bomb exploding.

According to Sarita, she has four verities of chocolate bombs in which first is brownie chocolate bomb. Ice cream and choco chips are added in this. Second one is Kid’s chocolate in which 2 muffins, vanilla ice cream and choco chips are added. Third one is Bomb lava. Ice cream and choco chips are added to this heart shaped bomb. Fourth and last one is Chocolate bomb which contains special pastry, muffin, brownie, cookies chocolates. The hot liquid of chocolate pours on it to break it. The chocolate pinata cake is also very famous among chocolate lovers. It’s like a surprise cake which is made with a hard layer of chocolate. A wooden hammer is used to break it. Surprise chocolate items come out after breaking it. It is very popular among children. Chocolate pizza is also very famous which calls Chokiza and chocolate sandwich. Apart from this, Mexican, Italian, Continental Chinese food is also available in this cafe.

Sarita says that her husband is a CA. When she was in Mumbai because of her husband job, she was closely connected with Mumbai cafes. She got this idea from there.
