I can’t trust anybody as much as my sister, says Rahul Gandhi

New Delhi: Amid most of the Congress members calling for Priyanka Vadra to pitch in and revitalise the party, vice-president Rahul Gandhi has said that he trusts his sister the most but it is completely her choice whether to be actively involved in politics.

“I trust nobody as much as my sister and really wish for her active involvement in politics but then, the choice is completely hers,” said Rahul during an interview in the national capital.

It may be mentioned that most of the Congress workers and leaders are of the view that Priyanka can play a crucial role in rejuvenation of the grand old party.

What else Rahul said:

• He referred to Prime Minister Narendra Modi as a ‘selfie-taking, promise breaking machine’.
• “The Congress strategy is devised by its leaders and not by Prashant Kishore (PK).”
• “PK operates campaigns, manages logistics as well as provides inputs.”
• “Our party has a well established system of distributing tickets.
