The petitioners have received a major setback from the Supreme Court in the PM Cares Fund case. The court has rejected the demand to transfer the PM Cares Fund to NDRF.

New Delhi: Big news has come from the Supreme Court on Tuesday. The petitioners have received a major setback from the Supreme Court in the PM Cares Fund case. The court has rejected the demand to transfer the PM Cares Fund to NDRF.

PM Cares Fund is also a charity fund:

The judge said in his decision that the PM Cares Fund is also a charity fund. Therefore, there is no need to transfer funds. The Supreme Court made it clear that any person or organization can voluntarily give donations to the NDRF.

The court also said that the NDRF Corona formed in November 2019 is capable of dealing with the crisis. Therefore, no new action plan needs to set aside minimum standards.

Recently, Samajwadi Party National President Akhilesh Yadav had surrounded the Central and State Government and said that it is extremely shameful to take money from the laborers being brought back home by train. Questioning the PM Care Fund, he said that if the money was to be taken from the poor, then what will happen to the trillion rupees that have been put in the fund?

The SP president had said that even now the supporters of the BJP are thinking that what would be more shameful if the government collects money from the poorest sections of society to send them home?

It has become clear that the BJP, which waives billions of rupees of debt from the capitalists, is with the rich and against the poor. Exploitation is the work of usurers in times of calamity.
