New Delhi: Urging all parties to support demonetisation step to eradicate Black Money, Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Tuesday said every party should need to be united to fight corruption which is affecting common man badly. PM Modi’s remarks came ahead of the Winter Session.

“PM Modi reminded the opposition parties that they were cooperative during the passage of GST act and requested all the parties to cooperate both inside and outside the house regarding government of India’s crusade against corruption, black money and fake currency,” said Parliamentary Affairs Minister Ananth Kumar.

On the other hand, Congress leader Ghulam Nabi Azad dubbed demonetisation as the biggest scam of all time. He said government failed to bring back black money.

It could be mentioned here that Prime Minister of India is facing multiple attacks from almost every political party since demonetisation. PM Modi, however, has asked Bharatiya Janata Party leaders not to be swayed by opposition criticism.
