New Delhi: The situation of corona virus infection in the country is once again becoming critical. There are huge and record increase in daily reported cases. In such a situation, the exercise of strict restrictions has also started once again.

While strict restrictions have been imposed in states like Maharashtra and Delhi, many other states are also resorting to strictness to maintain normalcy. Here we are going to tell you which states of the country have imposed what restrictions.

Restrictions in Maharashtra:

Not only has the cabinet not implemented a complete lockdown in Maharashtra, the state most affected by the pandemic, but has made the sanctions quite stringent. Hotels, restaurants and bars have been closed under these restrictions issued since Monday.

Food will not be eaten while sitting here, however, the packing facility continues. Only those engaged in essential services in the state are allowed to leave at night. Shooting of big films has also been banned. Along with this, theaters and parks are also closed.

On the other hand, Mumbai Police imposed prohibitory orders under Section 144 of CrPC from Monday. Under this, five or more people will be gathered in public places between 7 am and 8 pm till 30 April. According to an order issued by Deputy Commissioner of Police (Operations) S. Chaitanya, night curfew has been imposed on weekdays, while strict lockdown will remain in force on weekends (Friday night from eight to Monday morning).

Night Curfew in Delhi:

Arvind Kejriwal's government has decided that night curfew will be imposed in Delhi from today (April 6) to April 30, in view of the fast growing cases of corona in Delhi.

According to the guidelines issued by the government, the curfew will remain from 10 am to 5 am. Apart from this, shopkeepers associated with ration, grocery, fruit, vegetable, milk and medicine have been allowed to go through e-pass only. Pregnant women and patients will get exemption from this night curfew.

Corona restriction in Punjab:

In the Punjab, UK strain of the corona virus, cases of infections and deaths have been steadily increasing. In view of this, Chief Minister Captain Amarinder Singh on Tuesday ordered to increase the restrictions imposed on covid by 10 April. The Health Department has been asked to increase the number of vaccination centers. The Chief Minister has ordered a special vaccination campaign in the jails as 40 women were found positive in Nabha Open Jail.

Chandigarh Administrator VP Singh Badnore has issued a directive on Monday that all schools, colleges and other educational institutions in the city will remain closed till April 10.

This decision has been taken in view of increasing cases of corona infection. However, in Monday's meeting, no decision was taken on the remaining examinations of the ninth and eleventh students of government schools.
