In the midst of the Corona crisis, Punjab is once again moving towards complete lockdown. The Amarinder Singh government of the state has announced a complete lockdown on weekends and on every holiday.

Chandigarh: In the midst of the Corona crisis, Punjab is once again moving towards complete lockdown. The Amarinder Singh government of the state has announced a complete lockdown on weekends and on every holiday.

No one will be allowed to move out of the house except for essential services on this day. There will be a complete lockdown in Punjab on Saturday and Sunday.

14 Days quarantine in home:

Now the boundaries of Punjab will be sealed. Inter-state bus service has also been stopped in Chandigarh, the capital of Punjab and the union territory. Flight passengers or coming by train will now have to stay at home for 14 days. Punjab has seen a large number of corona patients in the past days.

The Punjab government is considering that the Corona test should be made necessary for those coming to Punjab from Delhi and other states. But the final decision on this matter will be taken only after the opinion of Punjab Police, Health Department and Medical Experts.

E passes will be issued for marriage function only for 50 people.

As the number corona infected are increasing day by day, PM Modi will do meeting with the Chief Ministers of the states for two consecutive days and discuss important issues. PM Modi is to discuss with the CM of the states to get out of the Corona crisis and to keep the economic system well.

Meanwhile, The number of corona patients in India crossed three lakhs on 12th June. A record 11,458 new cases were reported in the last 24 hours. At the same time, the number of dead increased by 386. In addition, the number of discharged patients increased by 7,135.
