New Delhi: The National Investigation Agency (NIA) is currently conducting raids at four places in Anantnag district of Jammu and Kashmir. It is being said that this raid is related to the funding of terrorists.

Raid of NIA:

The investigating agency is trying to find out whether the terrorists are not getting funds from ISIS in the Valley. So far 5 people have been arrested in this case, including a 36-year-old woman.

Terror funding case:

Along with the NIA, these raids are being conducted by the security personnel of Jammu and Kashmir Police and CRPF. It is believed that there may be more arrests in this case.

According to the information received so far, NIA has raided many places in Baramulla and Srinagar apart from Anantnag. Chinese grenades and Rs 48,000 in cash have been recovered from the 36-year-old woman who has been arrested.

Three terrorists of the terrorist organization Lashkar-e-Taiba were killed in an encounter with security forces in Jammu and Kashmir's Anantnag district on Saturday, one of them was the commander of the organisation. Security forces launched a cordon and search operation at Quarigam in Ranipura area of ​​Anantnag district in South Kashmir after receiving information about the presence of terrorists.

Once the presence of terrorists was confirmed, they were given repeated opportunities to surrender. During this, the terrorists opened fire on the security forces. Security forces retaliated on this, due to which 3 terrorists were killed in the encounter.
