Xiamen (China): On the occasion of Teachers' Day, Prime Minister Narendra Modi, who is attending the 9th annual BRICS summit in China, paid tribute to philosopher-author Dr. Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan, nation's second president and an advocate of the importance of education.
