New Delhi: The health status of former President Pranab Mukherjee is currently stable. He is undergoing treatment at Army Research and Referral Hospital in Delhi Cantt. According to doctors there, Pranab Mukherjee has a similar medical condition. He is being treated for a lung infection. Also told that he is still on ventilatory support. His important parameters are being maintained.

Earlier on Thursday, on behalf of the hospital, it was said that Pranab Mukherjee's health is improving slightly. Earlier, his condition started deteriorating due to lung infection. He is hospitalized for the last 10 days and is on ventilator support after brain surgery.

Abhijeet Mukherjee tweeted that he also urged people to pray for his father’s early recovery. He said that with the doctors and their sincere efforts and the prayers of all of you, my father is stable now! Their critical parameters are under control and manageable! They have seen positive signs of improvement! I request all of you to pray for his speedy recovery.

According to the information received, 84-year-old Pranab Mukherjee underwent brain surgery. Which was done by the doctors of the Army Research and Referral Hospital. His corona was examined before surgery. On investigation, they were found to be corona positive.

Pranab Mukherjee is admitted to Army Hospital in Delhi. He underwent brain surgery few days ago, after which he was put on ventilator. Before the surgery, he had a corona examination, which was also reported positive.
