Honest taxpayers play important role in national development says PM

New Delhi: Amidst the Corona crisis, Prime Minister Narendra Modi is going to launch a new scheme for tax payers on Thursday. To encourage honest taxpayers, PM Modi will launch a new special platform today. Through video conferencing at 11 am, PM Modi to launch the 'Transparent Taxation: Honoring the Honest' platform.

In fact, Prime Minister Narendra Modi will today begin the next phase of Direct Tax Reforms to reward tax payers with honesty. It is being said that with the introduction of this platform it is expected to carry forward the reforms done on the direct tax front in the last six years.

Giving information about this program, Prime Minister Modi said that 'Transparent Taxation: Honoring the Honor' platform will be launched at 11 am on Thursday. This will strengthen our efforts towards reform and simplification of the tax system. This will benefit many honest taxpayers, whose hard work has led to the country progressing. '
