PM Modi's mother Heeraben takes first dose of COVID Vaccine

New Delhi: Prime Minister Narendra Modi's mother Heeraben Modi has got the first shot of the corona vaccine. On Thursday, Prime Minister Modi himself informed about this through Twitter. The PM has also appealed to the countrymen to get Corona vaccine.

PM Modi tweeted, 'I am happy to say that my mother has received the first vaccine of Corona vaccine today, I request everyone to encourage those who have been given the vaccine permission and help other to get the vaccine.

Prime Minister Modi has also got the vaccine's first vaccine on March 1. Since March 1, people across the country have been allowed to get vaccinated for vaccine, those who are more than 60 years of age, or those who are above 45 years of age and are co-morbid, that is, they are suffering from serious diseases.

Corona vaccination in India:

Vaccination of the corona vaccine across the country has started from January 16 and the corona warriors have been vaccinated initially. After that, co-morbid people above 60 years of age or above 45 years of age have been allowed to hitch since March 1. People under the age of 45 are not yet allowed to vaccinate.

Corona vaccination work is going on fast in the country. The second phase of corona vaccination has started from 1 March. So far, 2 crore 56 lakh 85 thousand 11 people have been vaccinated in the corona. The demand for corona vaccine is also increasing in many states of the country. 48,960 doses of Covaxine, an indigenous vaccine produced by Bharat Biotech, have now reached the state amid complaints of lack of covid-19 vaccine in Kerala.
