These projects will give a new direction to housing projects: PM Modi

New Delhi: Prime Minister Narendra Modi has taken important steps to achieve the goal of providing pucca housing to all the homeless families of the country by 2022. In this direction, PM Modi inaugurated the light house project through video conferencing today. This is Prime Minister Modi's first program in the new year.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi laid the foundation stone for these programs in 6 states under the Global Housing Technology Challenge India (GHTC India). These programs of PM Modi will prove to be an important step towards changing the design of urban India.

Addressing the program, PM Modi said that today the country is getting new technology to build houses for the middle class. These 6 light house projects will guide the country towards housing construction. The PM said that this is an example of operative federalism.

- Prime Minister Modi said that housing schemes should be streamlined. He said that now the house can be constructed at a lower cost.

- Prime Minister Narendra Modi said that these light haute projects will be made with modern technology. They will be stronger and the poor will get comfortable and comfortable homes.
