New Delhi: After Maharashtra, the situation is worsening due to corona virus in many other states of the country. In view of this, Prime Minister Narendra Modi will discuss with the Chief Ministers of states today through virtual medium.

All CM Meet with PM Modi:

Speculations are being made that a big decision can be taken regarding the restrictions in this meeting. At the same time, governments in some states have decided to impose Night Curfew in major cities. PM Modi had a meeting with the CM before the vaccine program started.

Discussion on vaccination & corona situation:

This important meeting between the PM and the CM of the states will begin at 12.30 pm. It is being said that during this time the PM can review the steps being taken in the states regarding vaccination program and prevention of corona virus. Apart from this, it is estimated that more beneficiaries may be given vaccine in the next phase of the vaccine program being run in a phased manner.

Sudden corona spike in Maharashtra:

It is being told in media reports that Maharashtra is facing the second wave of corona virus Pandemic. In this regard, Union Health Secretary Rajesh Bhushan also wrote a letter to CM Uddhav Thackeray. Last week, the team of the Center reached Covid to assess the situation.

Based on the information received from this team, the secretary wrote a letter to the state government. The Center had identified negligence and weak system of precautions in the state. More than 17 thousand new cases have been reported in Maharashtra on Tuesday.
