New Delhi: Today is a very special day in Indian history. On this day, former President of the country, the great scientist Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam was born. Who always had a dream to make India a developed country.

Abdul Kalam was born on October 15, 1931 in Rameswaram (Tamil Nadu). Today, on the occasion of his birth anniversary, many veterans of the country are saluting him. In which the name of the country's Home Minister Amit Shah is at the forefront. Along with this, many other Union Ministers also remembered Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam through tweet.

Dr. Kalam was the 11th President of India, he held the office of President from 2002 to 2007. Abdul Kalam has been honored with Padma Bhushan (1981), Padma Vibhushan (1990) and Bharat Ratna (1997). He was one of the most popular presidents of India, who had a lot of craze among youth.
