Lucknow: Prime Minister Narendra Modi will on Sunday arrive in Bahraich (Uttar Pradesh) to address a ‘parivartan rally’ of his party BJP ahead of the state elections scheduled to be held in February-March 2017.

A huge rally ground has been prepared adjacent to the district headquarters in Bahraich where PM Modi will address the Parivartan Rally.

Senior members of the Bhartiya Janata Party including state president Keshav Prasad Maurya will welcome Narendra Modi at the Amausi Airport in Lucknow.

This will be Modi's third visit to Bahraich since 2001 .

This is the fifth Parivartan Rally of PM Modi in Uttar Pradesh. Earlier PM Modi had addressed four Parivartan Rallies in Ghazipur, Agra, Kushinagar and Moradabad.

His sixth rally is scheduled to be held in Kanpur on December 19.
