Ahmedabad: Prime Minister Narendra Modi arrived in Gujarat on a two-day visit on Friday. Narendra Modi first reached Gandhinagar and paid homage to the late state leader Keshubhai Patel, who died on Thursday.

PM Modi then paid tribute to Gujarati cinema superstar Naresh Kanodia and his musician brother Mahesh Kanodia.

After that Arogya Forest was inaugurated in Kevadiya. This forest is spread over 17 acres, where different medicines have been planted. There are more than five lakh medicines in this forest.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi takes a tour of 'Arogya Van' in Kevadia after inaugurating it. The park has hundreds of medicinal plants and herbs and also provides information about their usage and importance.

CM Vijay Rupani and Governor Acharya Devvrat also present.

Selfie Point in Ekta Mall:

PM Modi also inaugurated the selfie point here. Also inaugurated Ekta Mall. Now, handloom items related to different parts of the country and culture will be found here. Apart from this, PM Modi also inaugurated the Children's Nutrition Park.

According to the information received, a corona test was conducted on Thursday at the Statue of Unity, a day before Prime Minister Narendra Modi's visit. Tests of all security personnel, sweepers and organizers were being done every 48 hours. PM Modi will remain in Gujarat for two days on Friday and Saturday. On Saturday, PM Modi will participate in the National Unity Day program.
