New Delhi: Two thousand crore rupees have been allocated from the PM Cares Fund to fight the corona virus crisis. This information was given by the Center on Tuesday. In a statement issued by the government, it has been told that two thousand crores rupees will be used to buy 50 thousand Made in India ventilators. Which will serve in the war against Corona. Apart from this, one thousand crore rupees have also been released for the migrant laborers from PM Cares.

PM CARES FUND RELEASED MONEY:

In the ongoing war against Corona, 50 thousand ventilators worth Rs 2,000 crore will be purchased to strengthen the infrastructure. These ventilators will be given to government-run covid-19 hospitals in all states, union territories, where corona virus is being treated.

Bharat electronics to manufacture Ventilators:

In a statement issued by the Prime Minister's Office, it was informed that out of 50 thousand ventilators to be purchased for Corona war, will be manufactured by Bharat Electronics. While another 20,000 ventilators will be prepared by other domestic companies including Agva Healthcare, AMTZ Basic.

Ventilators for all Govt run Covid19 Hospitals:

Out of these 50 thousand ventilators, two thousand 923 ventilators have been made so far, out of which one thousand 340 ventilators have been given to the states. Of these, so far Maharashtra has been given 275, Delhi 275, Gujarat 175, Bihar 100, Karnataka 90 and Rajasthan 75 ventilators. At the end of June, 14 thousand more ventilators will be given to the states.

Meanwhile, India's COVID-19 death toll rises to 14,011, cases climb to 4,40,215 with single-day spike of 312 fatalities and 14,933 new infections.

The PM CARES FUND was established by PM Mod on 27th of March. This fund was made for the help in the situation of emergency in Corona Era.
