New Delhi: The number of patients recovering from infection in the country has crossed 1.5 million among the fastest growing corona virus cases in India. The Ministry of Health has given information about this. According to the ministry, 80 percent of cases are coming from 10 states.

According to the latest data released by it, 62,064 cases have been reported in the last 24 hours, 1,007 people have died. There were 4,77,023 sample tests during this period. More than 60 thousand cases of corona have been reported for the fourth consecutive day.

More than 15 lakh people cured:

According to the Health Ministry, 22 lakh 15 thousand 075 cases of corona have been reported so far in the country. Of these, six lakh 34 thousand 945 are active cases. At the same time, 15 lakh 35 thousand 744 patients have been cured. 44 thousand 386 patients have died. So far, two crore 45 lakh 83 thousand 558 sample tests have been conducted in the country. The recovery rate is 69.33 percent and the death rate is two percent.

Corona Updates in India:

Five lakh 17 thousand 332 cases of corona virus have been reported in Maharashtra. Out of these, one lakh 47 thousand 865 are active cases. At the same time, three lakh 51 thousand 710 patients have been cured.

Two lakh 96 thousand 901 cases have been reported in Tamil Nadu. There are 53 thousand 336 active cases here. Two lakh 38 thousand 638 patients have been cured and 4927 people have died.
