New Delhi: Timely intervention from the Indian authorities played spoiler for the Inter-Services Intelligence (ISI) which tried to honeytrap three officials of the Indian High Commission in Islamabad to extract confidential information, as per the reports.

The officials were recalled from Pakistan earlier this week after they revealed the ISI plot and are currently being questioned.

Reports informed that the officials worked with the language section and were responsible for the translation of official documents.

They, however, are not suspected of any wrongdoing and are helping in carrying forward the investigations.
