Pakistani nationals asked to leave Bikaner within 48 hrs; Article 144 imposed
The District Magistrate of Bikaner, on Monday, issued a list of orders to be effective immediately, under section 144 of CrPC, imposing curfew in the area.
Bikaner: Pakistani nationals living in Rajasthan's Bikaner have been asked to leave the district within 48 hours in the aftermath of Kashmir's Pulwama terror attack, which took place on February 14, killing nearly 45 CRPF soldiers.
The District Magistrate of Bikaner, on Monday, issued a list of orders to be effective immediately, under section 144 of CrPC, imposing curfew in the area.
The orders, which will remain applicable for two months also directed the hotels and lodges of the district to not allow the Pakistani citizens.

The order also prohibits the Indian citizens from employing any Pakistani national and also from undergoing or maintaining any direct or indirect business relationship with the neighbouring country.
It also cautioned the Indian citizens to not share any kind of sensitive information to unknown persons through any medium of telecommunication. It also asked the citizens to not use sim card registered in Pakistan. The order, however, exempts such Pakistani citizens who have registered with foreigner registration officer.
