Nirbhaya Case: Big decision Today, Guilty will be hanged together or not!

Delhi Court will announce its big decision today on Nirbhaya case. After a series of Tareekh Pe Tareekh, the central government had submitted their application in the Delhi High Court with reasons of four guilty in the case misusing the judicial system and delaying their hanging.

Shiv Sena blames "loopholes" in the judicial system for delay in Nirbhaya Case

New Delhi: Delhi Court will announce its big decision today on Nirbhaya case. After a series of Tareekh Pe Tareekh, the central government had submitted their application in the Delhi High Court with reasons of four guilty in the case misusing the judicial system and delaying their hanging.

The Supreme Court already rejected the curative petition of three of the four guilty in the case. Justice, Suresh Kaith will decide the future of Nirbhaya rape and murder case verdicts.

Curative petitions filed by Vinay and Mukesh in the case have already been dismissed by the apex court. A bench comprising Justices N V Ramana, Arun Mishra, R F Nariman, R Banumathi and Ashok Bhushan also rejected convict Akshay Kumar Singh’s plea seeking stay of his execution.

Nirbhaya's Mother said convicts Lawyer challenged her:

"Mujrimom ke vakeel AP Singh ne mujhe aaj anguli dikha kar challenge kiya ki ye faasi ab anant kaal tak tal gayi hai (Today, the convicts AP Singh pointed fingers at me and challenged me that he will get the hangings to be postponed till eternity)," Nirbhaya's mother when court postponed the date.

Nirbhaya was Fighting for Life:

A 23-year-old physiotherapy intern who came to be known as "Nirbhaya" was gangraped and savagely assaulted on the night of December 16, 2012, in a moving bus in South Delhi. On 28 December, at 11 am, her condition was extremely critical. The chief executive officer of the Mount Elizabeth Hospital said that the victim suffered brain damage, pneumonia, and abdominal infection. Till her last breath she was fighting for life but on 29th December she died.

Central government has announced before that all the guilty will be punished seperately. In this Patiala House court had announced the Capital Punishment on 1st Feb, but this date was postponed.
