New coronavirus strain: Many UK returnees switch off their mobile phones

New Delhi: There is a risk of new strains of corona virus in Britain. In view of this threat, the government there has increased the lockdown, but in the midst of this danger, the Indian government has lifted restrictions on flights to and from the UK. Today i.e. on Friday, Air India's first flight reached Delhi Land from Britain.

256 passengers returning from UK:

There are concerns about this flight in India. It is being told that 256 passengers are returning from the UK to India in this flight. Explain that the ban has been lifted from flights coming to India from UK today. On 6 January, the ban on flights from India to the UK was lifted.

Let me tell you that earlier the government had banned all flights coming from Britain on 23 December keeping in mind the threat of new strains of Corona. This restriction was till 31 December, but the government had again increased it to 7 January.

New Corona Strain reported in India too:

According to media reports, India has not remained untouched by the new strain of Corona spreading from Britain. The number of new strain infected patients here is reported to be 73. Infected patients from North India to South India are coming out from the new strain of Corona.

In such a situation, the government says that only 30 flights will operate from Britain to Delhi. It will be operational for only one week. It is being told that this series will run till 23 January.
