Mumbai: A new video of Mumbai's car towing incident shows that the seven-month-old baby was not inside the car when the Mumbai Traffic Police warned to tow it away.

It is clearly visible in the video now that the baby was in the arms of another family member when traffic police was approaching the car to tow it away.

The whole controversy triggered when a viral video surfaced on the internet on Saturday showed that Mumbai police towed a car while a woman named Jyoti Male was breastfeeding her baby inside it.

With the fresh video surfacing on the internet, it is believed that parents took the infant inside the car 'deliberately' after Mumbai traffic police personnel warned them to tow it away.

National Commission for Women (NCW) chairperson Rekha Sharma, earlier, had sought action against the concern traffic police officials for being insensitive towards woman and also risking the life of an infant.

Maharashtra Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis had also condemned the incident saying, "It is very unfortunate and absolutely insensitive and dangerous to tow the vehicle with lady and the child inside. The cop is suspended and orders have been given to sensitise traffic cops so as to prevent such incidents."
