Lucknow: It is raining heavily in August in every part of the country. During this time it is rainy and humid with rain elsewhere. The weather in every part of the country is changing with every day. According to the Meteorological Department, rain in many areas of the country will change the weather patterns. High alerts has been announced for a few days.

Helpline issued in many areas:

The Meteorological Department has warned of heavy rains in Himachal and Uttarakhand. Also, people of these states have been advised to stay safe in their homes. Helpline number 97183-97183 has also been issued to help them if anyone gets caught during heavy rains.

Heavy Rain alert in Uttar Pradesh:

Today, heavy rains are expected in the adjoining areas of Agra, Tundla, Noida, Bhiwani, Panipat, Aligarh, Hathras, Mathura, Bharatpur, Narnaul and Karnal during the next two hours.

Earlier on Monday, the Meteorological Department had issued an alert for deteriorating weather with light to moderate intensity rain in Kurukshetra, Saharanpur and surrounding areas.

Lakhimpur Kheri, Pilibhit, and Bareilly have also forecast rain / thunder and lightning at isolated places in the surrounding areas.

Heavy to very heavy rainfall is expected at isolated places in Himachal Pradesh, Uttarakhand, North Punjab, West Uttar Pradesh, East Rajasthan, East Madhya Pradesh, Odisha, Coastal and South Interior Karnataka and Kerala.

Apart from this, there are chances of thunderstorms and strong winds with lightning at different places in Haryana, Chandigarh and Delhi, East Rajasthan, Bihar, Jharkhand. According to the Meteorological Department, there is no forecast of hot air in the coming days.
