Monsoon 2021: After a summer effect, IMD issues heavy Rain Alert in Delhi

New Delhi: On one hand, due to the arrival of monsoon in the south, it is raining rain, while in the capital Delhi, people are troubled by the scorching heat. The sweltering heat for the last two days has left Delhiites sweating.

Rain in Delhi:

There is no hope of getting relief from the heat right now. On the other hand, if we talk about the current status of monsoon, then monsoon rains have started in many states of South India. Monsoon has almost reached parts of Tamil Nadu, Goa and Maharashtra passing through Kerala and Karnataka. There may be some delay in reaching West Bengal, Bihar, Jharkhand, Uttar Pradesh.

Monsoon effects in Odisha:

Rain alert has been issued in some or the other corner of the country by the Weather Vizag. Today i.e. on June 8, there are chances of rain in Andhra Pradesh and Odisha. Apart from this, heavy rain may occur in Assam, Meghalaya, West Bengal and Sikkim on June 9.

On the other hand, talking about the weather of Uttarakhand, the weather remains dry in most of the areas here. Except in some mountainous areas, the sun is shining brightly throughout the day. According to the Meteorological Department, the sky will remain clear for a few days. Due to which the temperature can increase by 2-3 degree Celsius.

Soon there will be rain in Jharkhand too. According to the report, the monsoon can knock in Jharkhand by June 13. A low pressure area is forming in the Bay of Bengal till June 11 for the arrival of Monsoon. At present the pace of monsoon is quite good.

The people of UP can get relief from the heat in the next two days. There are chances of rain in many areas here after 2 days. According to the report, after Monday afternoon in Barabanki, it rained with thunderstorms in some areas.
