“If you twist her wrist, we will twist your fate”, was the tweet of Mumbai police which was followed by a hash tag '#Mardban'.

“Tere ghar me ma behen nahi hai kya?”, was the first tweet of Mumbai police. The tweet very much indicates about the drive of Mumbai police in controlling crime against women and also to control domestic violence.

Earlier, the Mumbai police carried out similar drives using the microblogging site twitter to make their city safe. Their tweets since then are gleaning a lot of media highlights. LSD3

The most quirky hash tags that they used was, ’Hosh mein aao’.
