Lockdown Extension: What is allowed and What's not in divided Zones

The lockdown period in India has been extended by two weeks to eliminate the corona virus. The second phase of the lockdown was till 3 May but now the Ministry of Home Affairs has declared the lockdown till 17 May.

New Delhi: The lockdown period in India has been extended by two weeks to eliminate the corona virus. The second phase of the lockdown was till 3 May but now the Ministry of Home Affairs has declared the lockdown till 17 May. The entire nation is divided into three zones. According to these zones, relaxations and restrictions have been fixed. The rules are also different for the people living in all the three zones.

Health Ministry divided the country into 3 zones:

First know what these zones are and how it has been decided which zone your zone is in. Actually, the Ministry of Health has divided the country into 3 zones regarding corona infection-

Red Zone

Orange Zone

Green Zone

There are 736 districts in the country, which are divided into three different categories Red, Orange and Green, based on the spread of corona virus. Out of the 736 districts distributed, 133 districts have been placed in Red Zone, 284 Districts in Orange Zone and 319 Districts in Green Zone.

In Uttar Pradesh There are 19 districts in Red Zone, 36 Orange Zone and 20 Green Zone.

Rules and Regulations in Different Zones:

No relaxation in Red Zone:

- No relaxation will be given in the red zone in the third phase of lockdown.

- In the Red Zone, shops will be open from 7 am to 7 pm except for the Containment Zone, but the malls will remain closed.

-Auto, taxis, rickshaws and buses will continue to be banned.

Orange Zone:

-A passenger with a taxi driver in the Orange Zone has been approved.

-People aged 65 years are prohibited from exiting.

-Children under 10 years of age are still prohibited from passing out.

-Prevent pregnant women from leaving the house.

Relaxation in Green zone:

-Buses will run with conditions in the green zone. The bus will be allowed to carry half the capacity.

-Small and medium enterprises will be able to start their business.

-However, industries starting work will have to make arrangements for employees to stay in the premises.

-Where, people will be able to go out for their important work. People from these areas will be able to roam in their area, but outside people will not come inside.

- Cinema Mall, Gym, Club will be closed till 17 May.
