Johannesburg: Prime Minister Narendra Modi, on Friday, addressed an Indian diaspora rally organized at the Ticket Pro Dome in Johannesburg. Urging the massive crowd to visit the country to witness development, Modi said that India’s success story can be defined in just 4 letters "HOPE" where H stands for Harmony, O for Optimism, P is Potential and E defines Energy.

Mentioning that India has historical relations with South Africa, Modi said that Mahatma Gandhi conceptualised his politics in the country as he started Satyagraha in SA.

Modi added that South Africa transformed Mohandas into Mahatma.

Modi on India-South Africa connect:
