New Delhi: Badarinath temple's doors opened today amid Corona outbreak. Apart from this, today Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman is going to announce the third installment regarding the economic package of 20 lakhs crore. Earlier, the Finance Minister had announced MSME entrepreneurs in the first installment and migrant laborers, poor, small and marginal farmers in the second installment.

COVID19 UPDATES: DAY12

Now the total number of confirmed cases in the country has crossed 81 thousand. Out of this, 26 thousand 235 people have been cured, while 2649 people have lost their lives. There were 3722 new cases and 134 deaths in the last 24 hours. Also, 1894 patients have recovered after treatment.

-Maharashtra Govt extends lockdown in hotspot areas like Mumbai, Pune, Malegaon, Aurangabad and Solapur until May 31.

-Yesterday 145 Shramik trains were run & 2.10 lakh passengers were carried: Ministry of Railways

-1602 new cases of corona virus have been reported in Maharashtra. 44 people have died in the last 24 hours. So far 1019 people have died from Corona in Maharashtra.

-Number of COVID19 cases has reached 4589 in Rajasthan, with 55 more people testing positive today.

-Out of the 708 samples tested yesterday for COVID19, results of 7 are positive: KGMU, Lucknow

-Delhi Transport Corporation has started bus shuttle services for railway passengers arriving at New Delhi Railway Station, amid Lockdown.
