LIVE LOCKDOWN2.0 Day18: India Covid19 cases rise to 37336

New Delhi: Today is the 18th day of lockdown phase 2. The lockdown was supposed to end from May 3, ie from tomorrow, but now the central government has extended the lockdown period for two weeks, after which the third phase of the country will continue till May 17. Meanwhile, the country is divided into three zones, based on which there will be exemptions and restrictions.

Lockdown2.0: Current Situation in India

The number of people infected with the corona virus has increased to 37257 across the country, in which 10 thousand 7 patients have been cured. A total of 1223 people have died so far. According to Health Department data, 2293 Corona positives have been found in the last 24 hours in the country and 71 people have died.

LIVE UPDATES:

-A 68-year-old patient who had tested positive for COVID19 passes away in Pune.

- 74 buses from Maharashtra brought back stranded students from Kota, Rajasthan, last night. All students underwent health screening.

-Homecoming of workers of Uttarakhand and Badaun. The laborers working in the cold store were sent by bus. The trapped laborers are going back to their homes in the lockdown. 4 Badauns, including 46 laborers from Uttarakhand. All are being sent by 3 buses to their place of residence, following the social distancing by the administration.
