LIVE LOCKDOWN2.0 Day11: India cases at 24506, Death toll at 775

New Delhi: Today is the 11th day of lockdown phase 2. In India, the number of corona virus patients is increasing daily, however, despite this, the government has given orders to open conditional non-essential shops from today onwards to provide convenience to the common people. However, shops complex and mall etc. have not been allowed to open yet. It is expected that after this order of the Home Ministry, business activities in the country will be able to gain some momentum.

Lockdown2.0: Current Situation in India

So far, 24506 people have been infected with the corona virus, while 775 people have died. As of late Thursday, 1,229 new cases of infection have been reported and 34 people have died. Currently, 17,610 infected patients are under treatment. So far 5063 people have also recovered from corona.

-1778 COVID19 positive cases have been reported in the state, so far out of which 1504 are active cases. 248 people have been cured/discharged. 26 deaths have been reported out of which most deaths were due to comorbidity or old age: Principal Secretary (Health) Amit Mohan Prasad

-In view of the increasing number of Corona patients even after the lockdown, the Delhi-UP and Haryana-UP border adjoining the border of Baghpat district has been completely sealed and no one is allowed to move through these borders, then at the same state border of Haryana, 2224 migrant workers from Haryana have arrived in the state today in 82 buses.

-19 members of the family of a student who returned from Deoband in Santakbirnagar, UP have been found to be Corona positive. Samples of 29 members of Asadullah's family were sent to BRD Medical College, Gorakhpur. The investigation report, which came after midnight of Friday, found 19 members infected.
