Jammu and Kashmir Police knocks down two terrorists in Kupwara

Srinagar: Two militants were knocked down in a gunfight which broke out after they attacked on a police team in Jammu and Kashmir's Kupwara district.

Police sources said the terrorists staged the attack in Rajwar area.

Once the 'encounter' started, additional reinforcements were rushed to the spot, the sources said.

"Two terrorists have been killed. A policeman also sustained injuries," a police officer said.
