New Delhi: AIADMK Chief J Jayalalithaa, who passed away on Monday night following a cardiac arrest, has left behind a huge net worth, but it is not yet clear who is going to undertake her entire properties.

According to the experts, a controversy may arise in the coming days due to claims over Jayalalithaa net worth, who in April 2015 disclosed a handsome worth of Rs 113.73 crore.

Amma's Belongings:

Jaya had a 14.50 acre farming land in a village of Ranga Reddy district in Telangana and a 3.43 acre land in Kanchi Puram city of Tamil Nadu. She also had four commercial properties as well, one of which, according to the reports, would go to her foster son VN Sudhakaran.

Jaya's Residence:

Amma's house has a total area of 24,000 square feet and its cost is estimated around Rs 43.96 crore. This property was bought by her mother in 1967 for Rs 1.32 lakh. If sources are to be believed, Jaya's close aide Shashi Kala would be the successor of this property.

Cars:

Jayalalithaa had nine cars which today cost around Rs 42,25,000.

Jewellery:

At a time, Jaya had disclosed that she had 21,280.300 gm gold which couldn't be evaluated. She had also claimed that disproportionate assets case was under consideration in the Supreme Court.

Movable-Immovable Properties:

According to the affidavit filed in the 2016 assembly elections in Tamil Nadu, Jayalalithaa had disclosed movable properties worth Rs 41.63 crore and immovable properties of Rs 72.09 crore.

Investments in Companies:

Amma had investments worth Rs 27.44 crore as partner in five companies. According to her last declaration, she had Rs 41,000 in cash, along with liabilities worth Rs 2.04 crore. Police had also seized her shares in several companies, a case for which is under consideration in a court.
