IRCTC scam: Lalu's interim bail extended by Delhi Court, next hearing on Feb 11

The Patiala House Court in Delhi has extended RJD chief Lalu Prasad Yadav’s interim bail till January 28, here on Saturday. The interim bail was granted to Lalu in two Indian Railway Catering and Tourism Corporation (IRCTC) scam cases filed by the CBI and the ED.

New Delhi: The Patiala House Court in Delhi has extended RJD chief Lalu Prasad Yadav’s interim bail till January 28, here on Saturday.

The interim bail was granted to Lalu in two Indian Railway Catering and Tourism Corporation (IRCTC) scam cases filed by the CBI and the ED.

Moreover, the Delhi Court has fixed February 11 as the next date of hearing in the IRCTC scam.

Lalu’s wife Rabari Devi and son Tejashwi Yadav's interim bail in the CBI case is also extended by special judge Arun Bhardwaj till January 28.

It is to be mentioned that the court will pronounce order on the regular bail application of Lalu and others on the said date. Currently, Lalu Prasad Yadav is serving a jail term in Ranchi in the fodder scam case.
