Heart wrenching accident in Aurangabad, Migrants returning to home died

Amidst the Corona crisis, a very tragic accident occurred in Maharashtra on Friday. In Aurangabad, Maharashtra, a goods train crushed the migrant laborers sleeping on the tracks of the train.

Aurangabad: Amidst the Corona crisis, a very tragic accident occurred in Maharashtra on Friday. In Aurangabad, Maharashtra, a goods train crushed the migrant laborers sleeping on the tracks of the train. Due to which 15 laborers died. The accident occurred near the Jalna railway line in Aurangabad district. The incident is being reported on Friday i.e. around 6:30 am today.

According to the information, at about 6.30 am on Friday, a train trampled the sleeping workers on the track. About 15 people lost their lives in this accident. It is being told that all the laborers worked in a private company and were going on foot to MIDC Aurangabad. In such a situation, these people slept on the track after traveling all day. After getting the information, local administration and railway officials reached the spot.

The Chief Public Relations Officer of South Central Railway informed that an accident took place near Karmad in Aurangabad, where a vacant wagon of the goods train had run over some people. RPF and local police are present on the spot.

The central government gave permission for migrants:

Significantly, the Central Government has given permission to send the workers trapped in lockdown back to their state. After which the Railways have run special labor trains to bring back the workers, apart from this, the workers have also been called by arranging buses on behalf of the state governments.
