Haryana Police arrests Gurmeet's adopted daughter Honeypreet

Chandigarh: Honeypreet Insan, the adopted daughter of jailed Ram Rahim, has been arrested by Punjab Police at the Patiala road in Zirakpur on Tuesday.

Haryana Police took the custody of Honeypreet and will be presented before the court on Wednesday.

Panchkula Police Commissioner AS Chawla said, "We have arrested Honeypreet and we will produce her in court tomorrow (Wednesday)."

It may be mentioned that Honeypreet is wanted by the police in connection with the violence that broke out in Panchkula in August the day a court there held Ram Rahim guilty on charges of rape.
